We welcome you to contact us for an initial consultation.
During the consultation we discuss your individual circumstances and give you a comprehensive outline of your legal options. This includes an upfront estimate of the costs and likely time frame to resolve your matter.
Our standard fees and charges
New clients receive an initial hour long appointment. Our hourly rates are as follows.
HOURLY RATES (INC. GST)
- Director – $440.00
- Solicitor – $400.00
- Legal Secretary/Paralegal – $250.00
APPLICATION FOR DIVORCE
The following fees are standard for straightforward divorces only. Disbursements include the filing fee and serving fees.
In the event that your application is defended, the fees will exceed those outlined and further work will be charged at our hourly rate. In this case, we will provide you with an estimate of fees.
- Divorce (no children under 18) – $990.00 including GST plus disbursements
- Divorce (children under 18) – $1,100.00 including GST plus disbursements
- Divorce (separation under one roof or substituted/dispensing with service) – $1,100.00 including GST plus disbursements
